What’s your story?
Dr. Turnwald approached us to put together a COVID-19 safety procedures walk-through video for existing and prospective patients. The concept was to share the new protocols chronologically in relation to a patient visit, while providing visual context to the narration. Dr. Turnwald and his team were a delight to work with, and we are pleased to showcase his beautiful Schaumburg, IL dental practice, friendly staff, and thoughtful safety procedures in this short video. Xtra Mile Running approached us to help tell the story of the resilience of their Couch to 5K group, where mid-season the group training had to be cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions. The culmination of Xtra Mile’s program is a 5K race, however with all races cancelled, the team opted for a private, socially-distanced run to capstone their season. This video tells the story of that event and the relationships and support developed throughout the program season.
Third Road Management is shaking things up in the small to mid-market CFO suite. In this Q&A with founder John Frank, John shares what he has encountered consulting with numerous small businesses inspiring him to create a solution that didn’t exist in the marketplace: a complete “fractional” CFO suite, providing Big 4 accounting firm level talent for smaller businesses, a fraction of the time, and stability in an otherwise revolving door office for smaller companies.
When the pandemic forced school closures in early Spring 2020, families and school staff alike were crushed by the separation. One local public school’s administrators organized a neighborhood parade for the entire school staff to show support and solidarity with the kids and families whom they serve. We volunteered to collect all of the photos and videos from all sources possible, including cell phones, filmed with our production gear and drone, and put together this tear-jerker which we felt captures the emotion of the event perfectly. We’re not crying, you’re crying.
How do you take a critical but messy service and make it sexy? You give it the “Ford Tough” treatment, shooting and editing a video that introduces a new player in the market with grit, yet polish. Nice, new trucks, clean work environment, and some clever camera angles got it done. We didn’t have a lot of guidance on what they were looking for, so we did a half-day shoot and wrote a script off of what we learned from the owner and scenes we captured, then the owner did the voiceover. Pretty happy with the outcome.
We put together a short YouTube ad with existing clips we’d shot over the last year or more with United Rent-A-Fence, a local temporary rental fence powerhouse. Quick to put together and turned into an effective campaign that had excellent impressions, viewership, and clicks. Yep, we do video advertising.
The pandemic has thrown wrenches in the plans of many business’ external communications and cosponsored content. With that in mind, we thought outside of the box with ENGS as a planned roundtable shoot turned virtual. With an undetermined end-date for lockdowns, we were able to deliver the planned content on time with a simple pivot of platform. #everyonesacameraman
